'Physical Fitness Test, also known as Fitness Assessment, is comprised of a series of exercises which helps to evaluate your overall health and physical status. There\'s a wide range of standardized tests used for these tests, some of which are intended for medical purposes and others of which establish whether you are qualified to participate (such as with the Athletes, Army, Marine, Combat Readiness Test and etc.) For general health and fitness purposes, tests are considered the starting point for designing an appropriate exercise program. They are meant to ensure you won\'t be at risk of harm and provide the trainer, instructor or coach with the insights needed to establish a clear and effective fitness goals or just to assess whether you are physically healthy, fit or strong. Today, I will be doing a Physical Fitness Test provided by the school that I\'m in, the University of the Cordilleras for the purpose of academics particularly in Physical Education (PE).This test comprises of 7 different Test such as: 1. PUSH-UP TEST (Muscle Endurance Test) 2. SIT UP TEST (Muscle Endurance Test) 3. HARVARD STEP TEST (Cardiovascular Endurance Test) 4. STANDING LONG JUMP (Power Test) 5.
